Definition
United States code often mentioned in the disclaimer of pornographic Internet sites. It corresponds to: Title 18 (Crimes and criminal procedures), Chapter 110 (Sexual exploitation and other abuse of children). Section 2257 (Record keeping requirements) of the United States Codes states that, as of November 1, 1990, models, actors and actresses, performers and other people appearing in pornographic books, magazines, periodicals, films, videotapes and other sexually explicit materials must be eighteen years of age at the time of the creation of the above mentioned media.
